Louise Chalmers holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from Australian Catholic University and is a fully registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. With over eight years of classroom experience across Foundation to Year 6, she brings deep expertise in curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, and data-informed assessment.
Her teaching philosophy centres on creating inclusive, engaging learning environments where every child feels safe, known, and challenged at an appropriate level. She specialises in supporting diverse learners including EAL/D students and children with additional needs.
